In order to make our Refund Policy transparent, we emphasize that there are certain circumstances that qualify for a refund. These include:

Late cancellation

If you decide to cancel your order during the writing process (when the paper has not been uploaded yet), we will offer you a 70% refund. We will subtract 30% of the money to compensate for the effort and time our experts took in writing part of your essay.

Late delivery

If we narrowly missed your deadline, our essay writing service will refund an appropriate amount to compensate for the late delivery of your essay. The exact amount we will refund will be discussed with you. In case, the late delivery runs into several hours or days, we will offer you a full refund. If you still need the paper after the initial deadline passed, you will get a partial refund.

Disputed claims

If you are not satisfied with the essay delivered and would like to get a refund, you advise submitting your revision request. Our Quality Assurance Department will carry out a thorough investigation to substantiate your claims. If our Quality Assurance Department finds out that indeed you received a low-quality paper, we will approve your request and offer you a full refund.

Accidental duplicate order

You need to contact us as soon as possible if you place duplicate orders. We will offer you a full refund if you notify us in time. If you fail to notify us in time, your duplicate orders will be treated as being valid and no refund will be issued in case you request one at a later date.

Double billing

You will need to notify us immediately if you are billed multiple times, especially if your PayPal balance didn’t change. We will offer you full refunds for multiple billings.

Content originality

We will offer you a full refund if you receive a plagiarized paper. You will need to attach a plagiarism report when sending your refund claim.

You Are Not Entitled To A Refund If:

• You receive a lower grade than what was expected. Please keep in mind that our essay writing service does not guarantee high grades but high quality. There are other factors that impact the final grades such as class attendance and previous academic performance.
• The editing and proofreading paper did not meet your expectations. Essayscore.net is not responsible for contextual errors or instances of paper originality problems in materials you provided when placing your order.
• The refund period has passed. You will need to submit your refund claim within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have passed since the delivery day, we cannot offer you a refund.

Refund Processing

You will need to submit your refund claim within 7 days of order delivery. Our essay writing service will begin an investigation immediately after they receive your request. If your refund claim is approved, we will send you a refund confirmation through email and process your refund within three business days. Please note that Essayscore.net will not be held responsible should you experience any delay with your bank transfer. We will also not be held responsible for any additional fees your bank might charge you when processing your refund.

Chargebacks

In the event of chargebacks by PayPal in connection with the services we offered you, you agree with us that we will suspend access to any client account you have with us. We will also have the right to publish or re-sell any paper that you received and the ones in connection with the chargebacks. Any fee you will incur as the result of chargebacks and any dispute that requires legal and accounting services shall be covered by you.
